What type of storage?
There are various methods for storing your car. Most companies offer secure indoor storage with a dust sheet covering your vehicle or if you have the cash, you can opt for an all enclosed "bubble" car cover which gives the vehicle the best protection. you can see them here

For safety reasons, all storage companies should also connect your car battery to a battery conditioner. If they don't do this, it may be wise to choose another company.

Is there a minimum time of storage?
Well, these places tend to be pretty full. I would not think they would offer storage just for a couple of days, but most should be flexible enough to offer a minimum of a week.

Do they offer anything else?
Yes, if they are a professional company they should do. A lot of them just don't store your car, they will arrange its annual MOT, can do onsite repairs, valet service and most likely a transportation service. Some even go the extra mile and will arrange to pick up/drop off the owner at their house or local transport facility.

As you can see, there is more to car storage than just parking your car in a garage and closing the door. So do your homework. What is it you really want? and who is offering it?

How much is it going to cost me?
